General specifications
1. The capacity if the litter bin is 27, 32, 54 or 64 L.
2. The total height of the litter bin is 1,30m but can also be changed according to customer needs.
Special details
The post-mounted litter bin with a capacity 27, 32, 54 or 64 litre consists of the following:
1. Central pillar (pole).
a. Base.
It consists of a specially formed swollen gasket and bears three holes for fixing the pillar in the ground with screws and plugs with appropriate cross section. The diameter of the gasket is around 300 mm and its thickness around 3 mm.
b. Pillar.
On the gasket is welded a metal pillar Ø 114 mm for the lower part and Ø 60 mm for the upper part with 2 mm thickness and 130 cm. length. On the pillar a specially formed base is welded, made of special decorative metal sheet, in order to support the outside baskets. On the top of the pillar special metal decorative cap is placed. The pillar before the dye is sand-blasted. The paint will be electrostatic in a variety of RAL colors of your choice.
2. External baskets.
The external baskets (cylindrical) are constructed from sheet metal, 1mm thickness, with perimetrical decorative strings for increased mechanical endurance. They, also, bear three decorative lines with holes, perimetrically, on the upper and the lower part (venting holes). They are dyed with water-soluble, non toxic, non flammable dyes, (according to the EU specifications) with electrostatic paint in a metallic gray color, in order to avoid rusting. There is the ability of logo placement of your choice. Their external diameter will be around Ø 290 mm and its height around 450 mm.
3. Inner baskets (liner)
The inner baskets (cylindrical) are constructed from galvanized sheet metal, 0,6 mm thickness. Its diameter is around Ø 275 mm and its height around 450 mm. They bear two handles on the inside of the upper edge, diametrically opposite, in order to be easily added or removed.
The weight of the inner baskets is around 1,5 kg.
Mounting options
1. Pillar mounting
The gasket bears three holes, parametrically. Three (3) metal coach screws (10mmX100mm) go through the holes for fixing the pillar in the ground.
2. Basket mounting
On the pillar there are two specially formed axes with a special frame to support the external baskets, screwed with screws and safety nuts in four points (two upper and two lower), in order to insure completely the endurance of the connection between the axis and the basket.
